Babol Exim plans to transform its industrial site in Sector 3 into a commercial and office complex, involving modernization and demolition of existing structures. The investment is estimated at 4.3 million euros and will take two years. The project includes converting production halls into retail spaces and constructing new buildings with shops, offices, and a fitness center. The site will also feature 161 parking spaces for visitors. Babol Exim, established in 1994, owns two adjacent plots totaling approximately 11,700 square meters, currently housing production and storage facilities. The development aims to enhance the area, which is near a newly established retail park.
