This purchase strengthens the company's presence in the Floreasca-Barbu Văcărescu area, where it has developed several projects worth over 536 million euros. The new tower will feature commercial spaces, offices, and green areas, enhancing the neighborhood's appeal. The project aims to create a vibrant community with accessible services and amenities, contributing to the local environment. An international architecture competition will be held to design the tower, focusing on its silhouette and street interaction.
