Un fost șef al STASI, omagiat la Moscova. Cine a fost „omul fără chip” care a provocat căderea cancelarului Willy Brandt
A commemorative plaque for Markus Wolf, former head of East German intelligence, was unveiled in Moscow. Wolf's agents were instrumental in the resignation of West German Chancellor Willy Brandt. A bronze relief and granite plaque were placed on a building where Wolf lived from 1934 to 1945. He led East Germany's foreign intelligence for nearly 30 years and was known as a master of espionage during the Cold War. His most notable achievement was the infiltration of Brandt's inner circle, leading to Brandt's resignation in 1974.
