Thailanda taie perioada de ședere fără viză pentru turiști, inclusiv din România

Thailand's Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkaeow announced plans to reduce the visa-free stay for foreign tourists from 60 to 30 days, pending Cabinet approval. This measure follows the establishment of a visa-free stay for tourists from 93 countries starting July 2024. Authorities will also review other visa types to ensure compliance with their intended purposes, addressing concerns over visa misuse and illegal activities. From January 1 to May 10, 2026, Thailand welcomed 12.4 million foreign tourists, a 3.43% decrease from the previous year. Additionally, starting May 1, 2025, all foreign entrants must complete the Digital Arrival Card online before arriving in Thailand.
