Șase inculpați, inclusiv Distrigaz, trimiși în judecată după explozia din Rahova soldată cu patru morți

Six defendants, including Distrigaz, have been indicted for negligence leading to a deadly explosion in Rahova, which resulted in four fatalities. The indictment includes two employees from Distrigaz and two from Amproperty Construct SRL, both firms involved in gas distribution and installation. Prosecutors have placed a seizure on assets worth over 68 million euros to cover potential damages. The explosion occurred on October 17, 2025, due to a gas leak that went unaddressed despite multiple warnings to Distrigaz. The incident caused extensive property damage and injuries, highlighting failures in emergency response protocols.
