Premier Luca Niculescu has appointed new state secretaries in seven ministries, with nine individuals taking on these roles. Key appointments include Ioan Cristian Șologon and Ionuț Cristian Săvoiu at the Ministry of Transport, and Gheorghița Daniela Barbu at the Ministry of Labor. Five of the appointees are returning after resigning in April when PSD withdrew from the government. Additionally, Constantin Saragea has been named the new Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy, bringing extensive experience in public administration and EU fund management.
