He noted the diverse hybrid threats Romania faces, including cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns, and stressed the instability of the Black Sea due to rising tensions from the ongoing war in Ukraine. Dan reaffirmed Romania's commitment to being a reliable ally of the US and the importance of a stronger American presence in the country.
