This measure aims to inform patients about potential costs before undergoing tests. Many clinics attract patients by displaying the National Health Insurance House logo, but often have low reimbursement limits, leading to unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for patients. Rogobete emphasized the need for transparency in these contracts and encouraged individuals to seek regular medical analyses at public hospital outpatient clinics, where there are no reimbursement caps.
