FOTO Primul hotel AFI în România. Amplu complex în spatele mall-ului AFI Cotroceni

AFI România plans to develop a large real estate complex behind AFI Cotroceni mall, including its first hotel in Romania, 348 apartments, and office buildings. The project will be executed in phases, starting with a 10-story office building, AFI Park 6, which will feature underground parking for 342 vehicles, including spaces for electric car charging. The second phase will involve constructing two residential buildings with a total of 348 apartments, designed for approximately 797 residents.
