Construction has begun on a project scheduled for delivery in February 2027, enhancing CTPark Bucharest West's position as a key logistics center in Romania and Central Eastern Europe. Leroy Merlin has rented an 8,800 sqm warehouse in the park, aiming to optimize its logistics and order fulfillment capabilities. The retailer operates 25 stores across 16 cities in Romania and plans to expand to Bistrița, Brăila, and Galați by 2026. Leroy Merlin is part of the Adeo group, owned by the Mulliez Family Association, founded in 1955 by Gérard Mulliez.
