During Black Friday 2026, eMAG recorded significant sales, with orders reaching 259 million lei in the first 30 minutes, a 14% increase from last year. The peak minute saw orders worth 22.7 million lei, with 2,376 products sold in the golden second, doubling from 2025. Interest in RCA policies surged fourfold, driven by installment payment options. The event began at 07:15, attracting 20% more visitors than the previous year. Popular items included automatic cat litter boxes and LG TVs, with 817,000 products ordered in total. Notably, themed Mystery Box packages were introduced, and various experiences and products, including cars and festival tickets, were also sold. The top categories included cosmetics and beverages, with special pricing on new Genius subscriptions.
