Claudiu Manda praised Lia Olguța Vasilescu for the successful implementation of a mountain spring water project in Craiova, which took 13 years to complete. He highlighted her perseverance despite numerous challenges and obstacles faced during the project. The initiative, which was promised since 1960, finally provides residents with spring water at their taps. The project involved significant expropriations and environmental approvals, and its total cost exceeded 500 million euros. Manda expressed pride in Vasilescu's achievements, emphasizing the long-term benefits for future generations of Craiova residents.
