The Sibiu City Hall signed a cultural cooperation agreement with Budavár, Budapest, facilitating cultural exchanges and events. The agreement aims to enhance collaboration between cultural institutions and artists from both cities. It establishes a framework for exhibitions, concerts, and youth exchange programs, while specific projects will be determined later. The partnership builds on existing collaborations, with institutions in Sibiu already working with Budapest partners. The first project, an exhibition honoring sculptor Borsos Miklós, was inaugurated on the same day as the agreement signing, coinciding with the Ars Hungarica Festival.
