The Boița interchange in Sibiu County will connect the A13 and A1 highways with DN7 through ten ramps. Currently, construction is 28% complete, with work ongoing since November 2025 and expected to finish by the end of 2028. Recent images show significant progress on the site, including ramps and viaducts. The project is considered one of the most complex infrastructure works in Romania, according to local authorities. The contract with Turkish contractor MAKYOL is valued at 1.89 billion lei, funded through the Transport Program.
