Operation "Jupiter 6" continues with extensive searches related to money laundering, usury, bribery, and illegal possession of weapons. Eleven operational actions are underway, executing 55 search warrants nationwide, coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office and the Romanian Police. Investigations include illegal logging and the transport of timber exceeding legal limits. Prosecutors are examining 21 cases of money laundering, focusing on the origin and movement of illicit funds. Additionally, the operation addresses illegal possession of firearms and ammunition acquired online. The total number of searches in this operation has reached 1,652, surpassing previous operations.
