Maria Zakharova emphasized that Western nations are ignoring Russia's security concerns and escalating tensions. She condemned the deployment of foreign troops in Ukraine as unacceptable, equating it to military intervention. Zakharova warned that any military formations in Ukraine would be considered legitimate targets by Russian forces. Meanwhile, a multinational force of 2,800 troops from ten allied countries is set to participate in exercises in Poland, coinciding with upcoming talks in Abu Dhabi between Russia and Ukraine.
