The heating assistance covers the winter season from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, while energy supplements are provided monthly throughout the year. Vulnerable consumers can also receive a monthly energy voucher of 50 lei for electricity bills until December 31, 2026. Applications for the voucher can be submitted online or at local offices.
