WasteLess is an award-winning app designed to track food inventory and expiration dates, suggesting recipes to reduce waste. Four students from Sibiu received the Special 'Accenture' Award at the DpIT Academy Gala for their innovative project. The app helps users manage their kitchen supplies effectively, turning forgotten ingredients into meal ideas. The DpIT Academy showcased 134 students' projects, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and practical experience in technology. Iustinian Șovrea highlighted the creativity and maturity of young participants in addressing real-world issues through technology. The Academy, established 12 years ago, aims to connect students with real work environments and enhance their skills.
