The Ministry of Finance launched the eleventh edition of the FIDELIS program, offering state bonds with interest rates up to 7.75% in lei and 6.60% in euros. The offer is open until November 13, 2026, featuring seven bond issues, including special ones for blood donors. Bonds can be purchased for 100 lei or 100 euros and are tradable on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Donors can access higher interest rates and a maximum subscription amount. The program targets individuals over 18, with no intermediary fees for subscriptions. Previous FIDELIS offers raised nearly 73.7 billion lei from the public.
