Various methods were used to execute the thefts, including transferring goods to different vehicles and simulating thefts. The investigation, which began in March 2024, involved around 35 members with specific roles. Romanian and Belgian authorities have been collaborating since February 2026, with ongoing investigations to determine the full extent of the group's activities.
