Meteorologists forecast a transition from cooler temperatures to a slight warming in Romania from November 9 to December 7, 2026. Initially, temperatures will be slightly below normal, particularly in the extracarpatic regions, while the rest of the country will experience average conditions. Starting November 16, temperatures are expected to rise above seasonal averages across all regions. By late November, temperatures will return to normal, with early December possibly bringing warmer conditions, especially in intracarpathic areas. Precipitation levels will be above average in the western and northwestern regions, particularly in the first half of the period.
