Residents of Rășinari commune are called to vote on a mining project in Valea Dobra on November 8. Local authorities seek public opinion on the proposed magnesium quarry. Over 100 locals previously requested a referendum from the mayor. A minimum turnout of 30% is required for the vote to be valid. Voting will take place from 07:00 to 23:00, with citizens answering yes or no to the mining exploitation question.
