Ciugud will join Alba Iulia Transport Local SRL, increasing its capital from 100,000 to 510,000 lei. This change aims to prepare for public transport operations starting January 8, 2027. The municipality will maintain a majority stake of 98.04%, while Ciugud will hold 1.96%. The funds will support logistics and infrastructure for the transport service. A study indicates a minimum operating fund of 3.72 million lei is needed, with initial expenses planned for late 2026 and early 2027.
