He acknowledged past failures in delivering energy aid to those truly in need and stressed the importance of a correct registry. Discussions are ongoing among relevant ministries to better target the existing energy aid, including a 50 lei support measure. Chisăliță also highlighted the gradual transition to a liberalized energy market, indicating that such changes require careful preparation and cannot happen quickly. He noted the critical situation regarding energy prices in Europe and the need for appropriate mechanisms before liberalization can occur.
