In Craiova, a delivery man was attacked with pepper spray by three minors who then stole his food. The minors had placed the order but planned not to pay. When the Syrian delivery man arrived, they assaulted him. He managed to escape and notified the authorities, who later apprehended the minors. Police have opened a criminal case, and the oldest attacker, aged 16, has been detained for using the pepper spray.
