The Prosecutor's Office has initiated criminal proceedings against three individuals, including a legal entity, for illegal waste disposal and transport violations. The accused allegedly dumped hazardous and non-hazardous waste in various locations in Caraș-Severin County. The waste consisted of dismantled vehicle parts. One individual has been detained, while judicial control measures have been imposed on another. Five searches were conducted at the homes and business premises of the suspects, along with precautionary measures being taken.
