The Kronstadt Public Forest Administration employees cut down a 26-meter Christmas tree for the Sfatului Square in Brașov. The tree was sourced from public forest land near Poiana Aviatorilor. The cutting process took over two hours, and a cross-section was sent for age determination. The tree will be transported to the square around 6 PM, causing traffic restrictions for about an hour. Last year, Brașov featured the tallest natural Christmas tree in Romania, measuring 29 meters and weighing approximately 17 tons.
