Her husband reported that a neighbor called for an ambulance, but it did not arrive in time. The woman suffered multiple injuries, including a nasal fracture and a finger dislocation. The ambulance service stated that no resources were available at the time of the call, and the husband was advised to transport her himself. Police confirmed that the woman lost balance after hitting a drainage ditch, which she failed to notice while riding.
