Vladimir Putin announced that Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will engage in peace negotiations next week in Abu Dhabi. The talks are scheduled for November 10 and 11 and will focus on security guarantees, conflict de-escalation, humanitarian issues, and steps towards a peace agreement. The Russian delegation will be led by Vladimir Medinski, while the U.S. will be represented by Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. Prior to the negotiations, U.S. officials will meet with European allies to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and economic support for its reconstruction.
