Rezolv Energy secured a loan of up to €367 million for the Dunărea East wind farm in Constanța, following a ten-year renewable energy agreement with Ahold Delhaize. The project will have a capacity of 292.5 MW and is expected to start commercial operations in early 2029. This financing, provided by a consortium of six international financial institutions, marks the fourth major funding for Rezolv's renewable projects in Romania, totaling €1.55 billion. The project benefits from long-term revenue mechanisms, including a Contract for Difference (CfD) for 211 MW and a corporate power purchase agreement with Ahold Delhaize. The financing supports Romania's energy transition and allows construction to commence immediately.
