Students from the University of Oradea developed two innovative projects that won first and second place at an IT competition in Cluj-Napoca. One project, Study Swap, allows students to mentor each other in various subjects for a fee, while the second project focuses on recycling by helping users identify materials and where to recycle them. Both applications aim to launch soon, with Study Swap expected to be available by 2027. The recycling app will reward users with points for each item recycled, which can be exchanged for vouchers. The students plan to present their projects at an entrepreneurial festival in Portugal for further evaluation.
