Romania plans to launch the RoBOOST fund, aimed at enhancing investment access for startups and SMEs, by the end of this year or early next year. Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare highlighted that this fund is a result of renegotiated PNRR funds, amounting to 100 million euros. The initiative aims to support economic growth and create a favorable investment environment. The ASF president emphasized the importance of protecting pension funds while facilitating real economy investments. Additionally, Romania intends to join the European Tech Champions initiative to boost its technology sector involvement.
