A French bank, Credit Mutuel Arkea, suffered a cyberattack resulting in a loss of around 100 million euros through fraudulent transfers. The bank claims customer savings remain unaffected and is working to recover the stolen funds. The attackers exploited an external service provider's platform to access the bank's systems and executed transfers to other banks. Some of the transferred amounts were blocked, and the bank has temporarily suspended certain transactions as a precaution. An investigation has been launched by the Paris prosecutor's office, and the bank has notified relevant authorities.
