A secret Arctic retreat named Octola III opens on December 1 in Finnish Lapland, accessible only by invitation. Located at 500 meters altitude in Enontekiö, it offers stunning views of mountains across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The building is designed to blend into the snowy landscape, featuring three bedrooms, relaxation areas, and outdoor amenities. Guests receive the exact location upon arrival and must keep it confidential. Only 1% of applicants are accepted, with a nightly rate starting at €20,000. This retreat is the third venture of entrepreneur Janne Honkanen, following two others near Rovaniemi.
