Individuals and families eligible for heating assistance must submit their applications by November 20 to receive support starting this month, as announced by ANPIS. Applications submitted after this date will be considered for December assistance. The application must be submitted to the local municipality, either individually or through a homeowners' association. Assistance is granted based on income, family composition, heating system, and owned assets. Heating assistance is available from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, while energy supplements are provided monthly. Vulnerable consumers can also receive a monthly energy voucher until December 31, 2026. ANPIS advises applicants to consult their local municipality for guidance on the application process.
