Rezolv Energy has secured project financing of up to €367 million for the Dunărea East wind farm in Romania, supported by a consortium of six financial institutions. The project, with a capacity of 292.5 MW, is backed by a Contract for Difference and a Power Purchase Agreement with Ahold Delhaize. This marks the fourth major financing deal for Rezolv Energy in Romania, totaling €1.55 billion for renewable energy infrastructure. The Dunărea East wind farm will enhance Rezolv Energy's installed capacity in Romania to over 760 MW by 2029, contributing to the country's energy transition.
