Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that Russia has begun conscripting abducted Ukrainian children into its army, highlighting the ongoing crisis. He urged allies to raise awareness about the issue and emphasized the need for international support to recover the kidnapped children. Zelensky stated that over 20,000 children have been taken, with only 2,790 returned so far, facing challenges in the recovery process due to Russian opposition. During his visit to Madrid for the Ibero-American Summit, he discussed defense cooperation and announced a new aid package from Spain worth 437 million euros.
