Romania is in the final selection phase for two AI Gigafactory proposals, with hopes to announce results by year-end, according to Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare. The initiative, started last summer, aims to establish a national AI infrastructure, enhancing Romania's role in the European AI ecosystem.
