Romania is participating for the first time with two exhibition pavilions at the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, showcasing 15 Romanian companies. The National Pavilion features seven companies from various industries, while the Agro-Food Pavilion hosts nine companies. Romanian Ambassador Dan-Horia Maxim attended the opening ceremony and discussed market access opportunities with company representatives. Additionally, a bilateral meeting highlighted economic relations between Romania and Moldova, both participating with national pavilions for the first time, reaffirming their commitment to strengthen economic partnerships and promote exports.
