The renovation of the Unirii Passage is expected to be completed by the end of the year without disrupting traffic. The project, which began on June 10, 2025, involves extensive public space regeneration and infrastructure improvements. It is divided into four distinct areas, including the section in front of Hanul lui Manuc and the park near Unirea shopping center. The overall duration for the renovation is estimated at around three years. A seminar on competitive challenges in the construction sector was recently held by the Competition Council and the Federation of Construction Employers.
