The Road Company has initiated a tender worth 288 million lei for a bypass road to the Prahova Valley resorts. The project, named "Transbăile," aims to modernize and expand the Azuga – Bușteni – Gura Vitioarei route, providing an alternative to the congested DN1 road. This initiative will enhance access to the Baiului Mountains and promote local economic and tourism development. The construction is expected to last 36 months and will significantly alleviate traffic issues in the area.
