A scandal between two doctors at Borșa Recovery Hospital escalated to court after the head of the ICU allegedly pushed a female doctor during a dispute. Initially, her request for a protection order was denied, but the Maramureș Tribunal later ruled in her favor, mandating the male doctor to maintain a distance of at least three meters from her for one month. The incident occurred in early October and involved a heated discussion among staff. Following the court's decision, the hospital administration adjusted work schedules to prevent further conflicts. The case has also attracted the attention of the Maramureș Medical College, which has initiated an investigation.
