The incident occurred on November 4, 2026, when police noticed the driver changing direction upon seeing them. Despite police signals to stop, he continued driving until he halted on Alămorului Street. A 14-year-old passenger was also in the vehicle. Previous incidents involving unlicensed drivers have been reported in the area.
