The Start-Up Nation program offers over 11,400 free entrepreneurship course spots for young people. Registrations are open until November 27, 2026. Graduates can apply for non-repayable funding of up to 250,000 lei to start a business. The courses last a minimum of 40 hours and can be attended online or in person. Eligibility includes being aged 18-30 and having at least a middle school education. Participants must create at least two jobs and maintain them for 24 months after receiving funding. The program is financed by European funds and the state budget.
