Key actions include operationalizing two extra lanes at the Galați-Giurgiulești crossing and separating empty truck flows at the Albița-Leușeni crossing. Starting November 3, grain transport from Moldova to Romania will occur uninterrupted at night through the Stânca-Costești crossing.
