The Ministry of Finance is launching the 11th edition of FIDELIS from November 6 to 13, 2026, offering interest rates up to 7.75% for lei and 6.6% for euro bonds. Investors, including Romanians abroad over 18, can subscribe through partner banks. Special rates are available for blood donors, with reduced minimum subscription amounts. The nominal value for FIDELIS bonds is 100 lei or 100 euros, with a minimum subscription of 5,000 lei or 1,000 euros.
