Residents of Tulcea County received a new RO-Alert message advising them to take shelter due to ongoing Russian attacks on Ukrainian ports along the Danube. The alert was issued following continued assaults on November 5-6, with no breaches reported in national airspace. Frequent air alerts have been noted in the region, including a warning earlier that day about potential drone incursions. This follows previous alerts issued for six counties on October 31, when unauthorized drones entered the national airspace from Moldova.
