Naval Group has unveiled the SCX 26, a next-generation warship concept featuring advanced weaponry and drone capabilities. This vessel is designed for high-intensity naval combat, integrating functions of a destroyer, drone carrier, and command center. Measuring 170 meters long and capable of reaching speeds of 30 knots, it will include over 100 vertical launch cells, an electromagnetic gun, and a 100 kW laser system. The ship emphasizes drone operations with a multifunctional compartment for storage and maintenance, and can accommodate around 150 crew members and 100 additional military personnel.
