George Simion has filed a lawsuit against Marius Lulea, a co-founder of AUR, amid financial disputes involving 11.5 million lei for the 2024 electoral campaign. The lawsuit, registered on October 23 at the Bucharest Tribunal, targets Lulea, the publication 60m.ro, and three of its representatives, citing public attacks against Simion. Additionally, Mirela Daniela Irindea has also sued Lulea and Maricel Ionuț Păcuraru over a 2.3 million lei loan. Four other individuals are implicated in similar financing mechanisms, totaling 11.5 million lei. The Permanent Electoral Authority has denied reimbursement for certain expenses, citing legal limits.
