Cristian Pistol, the director of CNAIR, announced that the construction of the last section of the A0 highway is 85% complete. If weather conditions permit, 10 kilometers will be opened this year, with the remaining 7 kilometers expected by April 2027. The Buftea bypass is also progressing, with over 65% completion, and a section is set to finish in December. Recently, sections 3 and 4 of the A0 North were opened, allowing drivers to travel 13 kilometers between Afumați and Glina, enhancing connectivity between major highways. The entire A0 is projected to be operational by early 2027, facilitating faster connections across regions.
